Does Color Wow Dream Coat affect the next relaxer? Do you have to make sure it's completely out of the hair before the next relaxer?

Thank you for your videos. How does Color Wow Dreamcoat affect your next relaxer? I understand its usefulness but am concerned about how to make sure it is out of my hair before my next relaxer. Do you use a clarifying shampoo the week/wash before relaxer day?

i follow a similar hair routine to yours but instead of washing my hair every 2 weeks i wash it every week and i notice that i get dry flakes when i extend my wash days by 2 days or more. maybe your scalp is trying to tell you that you need to wash it a day or two sooner than what you’re currently washing

Congratulations on the engagement. Perhaps to make your goal dont blowdry and just do rollersets and curlformers?

Nice vid Fay! I actually shave mine higher up because there are so many wispy hair's below my desired point thar just refuse to get longer. So I shave mine every week once a week. I have a very very very tiny widow's peak that I also shave off on that same day. I feel like it makes everything look so much more put together. I even shave or line up the back of my head to make updos look even more clean. Did that ever cross your mind? I think the nape area being shaven looks a lot better than without it being shaven. But that's me.

Congrats on your engagement!!!

My goals for this year are to keep growing my hair out in a healthy manner. I only use heat (blowdry or flatiron) twice a year. I use various heatless drying methods otherwise. This has allowed my hair to retain length, volume, thickness, and shine. I right now have hair that almost reaches arm pit length (2-2.5 inches away). I'm happy and cannot wait to have waist or hop length hair. I'm still debating whether to have a blunt cuz with long face framing layers. Or actually cut layers throughout my hair once I reach my goal.

It's always a pleasure to see your vids, Fay! I watched the whole video and hope you achieve your goals. I think your hair looks very nice and I can tell you are doing a great job with the health and length. I cannot reccomended and products, unfortunately. I only use a cream and oil which are heavier products for natural hair. However, it works very well on my permanently Straightened hair. As for your length goals, you will most likely reach your 2-inch goal, especially since hair grows 4-6 in. per year. So I think that time frame (from now until September) is 100% realistic. I would suggest (like your friend) to start trying/ researching extension brands so you can color and texture match ahead of time. So that way, you can have your hair reach your goals but also have the extensions give your hair a boost in thickness and length, even if it's just temporary.

For me 2021 et 2022 is not a good years for my hair but 2023 it's go on be good for my lenght and healthy hair

I'm still thinking about my goals, but I definitely plan on using more oils this year for prepoos, etc. I participated in hairlicious oil challenge at the end of last year, and I feel like it made a great difference. I got virgin chia seed oil from the ordinary brand, and I really like it. It's lightweight and can be used for the face and hair. It's a great moisturizer, and it actually sinks into the hair shaft, plus it has many other benefits. 💜

Congratualation on your upcoming nuptials! When I have issues with my scalp I use As I Am Dry & Itchy Scalp Care Oil Treatment; you can probably put it in the night before and wash it out the next day, it has a strong smell but it is very effective for scalp issues. Hope this helps.

And it's been like this for over 19 years now 😕 No dryness. My hair can get dry in this cold. But I've been keeping up with moisture. I'm trying to find a good leave-in. ok, this is so odd but i just washed my hair and have been dealing with what i think is dry scalp. Not really sure but I suspect it. I gave myself a warm oil scalp treatment just with my own oil. Then i tune in and see you talking about the same thing. I am going to take it as a sign and try the oil you used if i can find it. Thank you for the video.

That salon looks very nice. I did a strand test of lye mizani butter blend and it's come out really beautiful. I'm about to do my whole head (I have 12 years natural hair) but I'm scrrrrd hahahaha (not really, I've been to school for cosm so I know what I'm doing, just scrrrrd of their products because I've never used them before). My hair is armpit length and I'm hoping it stays healthy. I'm only doing a texlax. The strand test came out amazing. I got sick of single strand knots ripping my hair out. No matter what I did I couldn't stop them.

My eyes are the same color but I purchased them 😂😂😂.
